Wissam Issa holds 2 university degrees: a BS in Computer Science from Beirut University College (BUC) and an Executive MBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU). He started his career at the Central Bank of Lebanon in October 1994 as a trainee until he signed a contract in September 1995. He started out in the Real Estate and Financial Assets Department. He transfered to the Organisation and Development Department in 2001, stayed there for 8 years then moved to the Human Resources. He is now Grade 04 and Head of the Planning and Performance Division in the Human Resources Department.
