SPECIAL INDIVIDUAL-BASED CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP RATES (incl. VAT),

6 months: $686 per person with maximum 4 weeks freezing period* ($48 freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 3 installments as following: $229 upon registration, $229 after 30 days, and $228 after 60 days from registration date.

12 months: $1200 per person with maximum 8 weeks freezing period* ($96 freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 6 installments as following: $200 upon registration, $200 after 30 days, $200 after 60 days, $200 after 90 days, $200 after 120 days, and $200 after 150 days from registration date.

SPECIAL GROUP-BASED CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP RATES (incl. VAT),

Groups of 20 persons and above: (STAFF ONLY)

6 months: $508 per person with maximum 2 weeks freezing period* ($24 freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 3 installments as following: $170 upon registration, $170 after 30 days, and $168 after 60 days from registration date.

12 months: $871 per person with maximum 4 weeks freezing period* ($48 freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 5 installments as following: $175 upon registration, $175 after 30 days, $175 after 60 days, $175 after 90 days, and $171 after 120 days from registration date.

Groups of 10 persons and above: (STAFF ONLY)

6 months: $584 per person with maximum 2 weeks freezing period* ($24freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 3 installments as following: $195 upon registration, $195 after 30 days, and $194 after 60 days from registration date.

12 months: $1065 per person with maximum 4 weeks freezing period* ($48freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 6 installments as following: $178 upon registration, $178 after 30 days, $178 after 60 days, $178 after 90 days, $178 after 120 days, and $175 after 150 days from registration date.

SPECIAL GROUP-BASED NON-CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP RATES (incl. VAT),

Groups of 10 persons and above: (Staff/Friends/Relatives…etc.)

6 months: $584 per person with maximum 2 weeks freezing period* ($24 freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 3 installments as following: $195 upon registration, $195 after 30 days, and $194 after 60 days from registration date.

12 months: $1065 per person with maximum 4 weeks freezing period* ($48freezing fees).

Groups of 5 persons and above: (Staff/Friends/Relatives…etc.)

6 months: $675 per person with maximum 2 weeks freezing period* ($24freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 3 installments as following: $225 upon registration, $225 after 30 days, and $224 after 60 days from registration date.

12 months: $1182 per person with maximum 4 weeks freezing period* ($48freezing fees).

This amount can be paid up to 6 installments as following: $197 upon registration, $197 after 30 days, $197 after 60 days, $197 after 90 days, $197 after 120 days, and $197 after 150 days from registration date.

Please note:

- Each employee must provide us with a photo anda valid company ID card that bears a clear and valid expiry date. IDs without expiry dates are not acceptable. In case of unavailability of a valid ID, the employee must replace it with an attestation from his/her company stating that he/she is a current employee at that company.

- Each monthly payment must be paid on time or within maximum 10 days from due date, or else the membership will be suspended automatically. In case the member wants to continue his/her membership after suspension, and within the 10 days period, he/she must pay $24 as a reactivation fee.

- If the member did not reactivate his/her membership within the 10 days suspension period, then the membership will be cancelled automatically without any refund or possibility of reactivation. This exception is applicable only once during the membership period.

- Membership can be transferred to someone else that satisfies the above original criteria after the approval of the management, and during the first 2 months of the 6 months membership period and 3 months of the 12 months memship period. Membership transfer fee of $36 is charged.

- Non-Corporate Groups must be formed of new members who have not been previously registered at PANACEA Health Club.

- Each installment must be paid on time or within maximum 10 days from due date, or else the membership will be annulled without any refund.

- The group must maintain the minimum required number of persons for each of the above group-based memberships during the installments period.*
